Why did I title this post Tonsil Stones? This is going to be an eye opening topic. Some of you
may end up thinking, I was in your home when you read it. Interestingly enough, this is an
issue I deal with and have been dealing with since I was 17! When I first found out,
the doctor told me I had cryptic tonsils (aka holes in my tonsils). Which from what I had
experienced could catch food. My tonsils didn’t get sore, nor did I have fever from this, yet as
I got older, it annoyed me when I felt food in there.
Fast forward to 2016! Last night I was doing some research on Twitter about dental and discovered
a topic titled Tonsil Stones. Talk about I was blown away. I was. So watch the video below and
get this information for yourself.
As I shared in the video, I discovered a company that makes a product to help with cleaning out Tonsil Stones. That company is TheraBreath. Be sure and go to http://www.dpbolvw.net/click-8047756-10709307-1362416970000 . I am looking forward to getting this product even for myself.
After you remove the tonsil stones, make sure you either brush your teeth or gargle. As a matter of fact you could do both. Tonsil stones are no joke. Oral health is important and that includes taking care of your tonsils. As I shared in the video, I do like using a q-tip to press in on the part that collects the debris because it actually can help you get deeper.
I have noticed the debris sometimes gets lodged in several sections of the tonsil. You want to ensure you have gotten it all out. If you are like me, you can definitely feel it and it makes you want to do get it out before doing anything. A couple of days ago, I could feel I had something in my tonsils and I had to work at it several times that day before getting it out. I finally did get it out!!
YEA!!! Be sure and leave your comments below. Let us know about your particular experience with Tonsil Stones!
