Have you been following me on the Water Challenge? I am now at Day 10 and I noticed there are some things that are different. I share them with you in the below video. If you are going to do the Water Challenge, pay attention to your body and make a note of what things are changing. Then ask yourself, are you happy about these changes? Are these changes you expected? If these are not changes you expected, will you continue with the Water Challenge or will you stop once you have gotten to Day 10.
I am continuing on. I owe it to my body to continue putting this amount of water in my body. You can be assured I will doing another video at Day 20. I am sharing with you because sometimes it is easier for people to have someone doing it with them. This motivates them and encourages them. I am here to share with you that you can do it. My family would be the first one to tell you, I didn’t drink a lot of water on a daily basis. The day I started, I just got up and started doing it. I didn’t feel like I needed to overthink it, plan ahead (sometimes you need to) nor discuss it with others. I just said today is going to be the day I start it.
